Taking care of your investment
Sensory equipment can provide many years of use and enjoyment. Mike Ayres Design is renowned for providing high quality, robust equipment that will stand the test of time. This is proven by the fact that we have several rooms, still functioning perfectly after 15+ years. However, Sensory Equipment does require servicing in order to keep it working. We will always recommend preventative servicing rather than reactionary problem fixing, as often it can be a lot cheaper in the long run.
This is why we offer a tailored Servicing package for our customers. This includes, but is not limited to checking & servicing of bulb & fuses, switch systems, audiovisual equipment, fixing points, mirrors, soft play & vinyl items, as well as bubble tube cleaning. Our talented and experienced engineers can repair most items onsite, however, if any equipment cannot be repaired on site, we can offer a service to return it to our workshop for repair. Following the Servicing, you will receive a detailed document detailing the check made and the work carried out. All we need is a clear access to the room and a parking space on site (close to the main entrance), as well as access to power and a water source.
